June 21 wasn’t the first time Salt Lake City got to spend the night with Third Eye Blind, and wasn’t their first time preforming for a full packed venue in the city of Salt Lake.

Stephan Jenkins (Vocals) took the stage with his fellow members, Brad Hargreves (Drums), Alex LeCavalier (Bass), Kryz Reid (Guitar) and Colin Creev (Guitar, Piano, Vocals) all together known as Third Eye Blind, of San Francisco, California. They owned the stage with a chanting, and screaming crowd since the second they all took foot on stage there was never a dull let alone a silent moment from the crowd.

The night was filled with constant energy coming from both ends of the crowd and on stage from Third Eye Blind, especially when Stephan took the light with his acoustic guitar and the tune of Motorcycle Drive By started to play, the crowd instantly became louder with screams and cries, phones could be seen recording and every word to the hit song could be heard as the crowd sung along side of the band. Following this song with many of their other hits, Graduate, and Jumper all from their past album from 1997. Stephan took time between songs to get personal with the audience and shows how much he, and his band members truly care about each city they get the opportunity to visit. A group of genuine, down to earth musicians.

In the end June 21, 2019 will be a night for the books for all fans of the opening acts, Jimmy Eat World, and Ra Ra Riot and not to forget Third Eye Blind. Salt Lake will always have a soft spot for Third Eye Blind, and will always welcome them with full screaming lungs, to every song and every word ever written by the artists.
